Personalization Policy

Please include all of the personalized information that you would like included on the product/Item you would like to order in the personalization sections we provide on each product page before adding it to your cart and checking out.

By adding a product to your cart and completing your purchase you confirm that you have reviewed your personalization and quantity of items you are ordering and that they are correct. Emojis, symbols, and special characters such as á,é,í,ó and so on are NOT supported for personalization due to the types of fonts used. Please put only the names/personalization that you would like on the Item into the personalization sections. Anything that you enter into these fields will be printed on the item exactly as entered. You have 24 hour after completing your order to make changes to the personalization of the order. After you checkout you will receive an email with an example of what your item will look like with the personalization you have added. Please verify your email address before checking out. We are not responsible for emails being sent to old or incorrect email addresses.
