Refund policy

If an Item is damaged and or has been lost in shipping we will remake and send you a new item. Items can not be returned due to the personalized nature of our items. All of our items are made to order and cannot be returned after being ordered. 

We do not take returns or offer refunds for items that are different from your perceived expectation of the item upon ordering.  We strive to provide a thorough description of each item in the listing and pictures alone do not represent every nuance of the items description.  We do not take returns or offer refunds for items due to the customer not reading the listing and ordering from pictures alone.
