Store Policies

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product is defective we will replace/refund. Defective means your product is unusable.

Our processing time on all orders is 3-5 business days. We regularly process orders much faster than 3-5 business days and often get them shipped much faster.

We love custom designs and are happy to work with you for that one of a kind design.  If you purchase custom designs, they can take up to 5 business days to design and process.  All correspondence on custom designs is done via email, and we will send a mock-up for your approval prior to making the design available for download.   

Cancelations

You can only cancel an order before it is processed/shipped.  All cancelations will incur a 5% fee.  We do not cancel or refund any delayed or already shipped items.

We ship via USPS and UPS, and all items are tracked and insured. The time it takes to receive a package depends on your method you choose. Items that qualify for free shipping are shipped using the lowest cost shipping method available.
